Delivery Policy


The Courier Guy is our preferred delivery partner.

All orders that are placed on a Friday, Weekend or Public Holiday will be processed on the first working day of the next week.

No deliveries will not take place over weekends or public holidays.

All deliveries will be sent to the delivery address provided at the time of payment. No delivery address changes will be accepted after that.

SOUTH AFRICA

The below fees are noted for South African Main Centres and Regional Areas.

All deliveries are dependent on size, weight and the number of parcels that pertains to your order.

  • Economy Rate (Eco) :0 - 2kgs, Minimum charge is R90,00
  • Economy Rate (Eco):  2 - 5kgs, Minimum charge is FREE.
  • Economy Rate (Eco) :6 - 10kgs, Minimum charge is R145,00.
  • Economy Rate (Eco) :11 - 25kgs, Minimum charge is R150,00.
  • Overnight:0 - 2 kgs, Minimum charge is R115,00. Rate after 2kgs is R45,00 per Kg

Delivery time:

  • Main Centres: 3 – 5 working days.
  • Regional Areas: 4 – 7 working days.

INTERNATIONAL

COLLECTION

If you would like to collect your order at the Grow Learning Head Office, please make sure you arrange this prior to collection. Our warehouse is not open to the Public.
